Rewards range from ₹7,500 on a 1 BHK to ₹25,000 on a 4 BHK or above.

Refer an investor buying several units and you earn on every one. There is no limit on how many people you introduce, or how many homes they buy.
How it works
STEP 1
Share your code first
Send us their details, or give them your referral code to quote. This has to happen before they contact us — once someone reaches us on their own, they are already an enquiry on our records and we cannot attribute them to you afterwards.
STEP 2
We look after them
We take it from there: shortlisting, site visits, paperwork, the lot. You do not have to chase anything, and you will not be asked to sell on our behalf.
STEP 3
You both get paid
When they complete their purchase, your reward is released and their discount is applied to the booking. Property decisions take time, so this stage can be several months away.
How we settle who referred whom
Every referral is logged and time-stamped the moment you submit it, and you get a reference number straight away. So none of this is ever a matter of opinion.
Register them before they contact us. This is the one that catches people out. If someone reaches us on their own first, they are already an existing enquiry on our records and we cannot attribute them to you afterwards.
First submission wins. If two people claim the same buyer, the earlier time-stamped record stands. We do not weigh up who worked harder, because that would be a judgement call and this should not be one.
A referral stays live for 90 days. If the person you introduced never engages with us in that time, the referral lapses. It does not lapse while we are actively working with them.
It counts even if they buy something else. The introduction is to Goldworth, not to one project — so refer anyone, whatever they are looking for.
Your code is personal to you. It is meant for people you actually know. Posting it publicly turns it into a discount code rather than a referral, and we will withdraw it.
We will not report back on their progress. What someone discusses with us is private to them. You will hear from us when the referral completes — which can take several months. Silence in the meantime is normal.
